Participants Guidelines and Rules:
- You must be registered for and checked in to MarinaHacks to work and submit a project/submission. Every hacker should have an acceptance email. Please register using our MarinaHacks application form before 11:59 PM PDT Thursday, October 24th, and then check in anytime between 9-10:00 AM PDT Saturday, October 26, by joining our MarinaHacks discord server (links will be sent out soon).
- Compete solo or in maximum team of four.
- Must be of age 18 years of age or older.
- You do NOT have to be a woman to compete; this event is inclusive to everyone.
- All submissions must be made by 11: 00 AM PDT on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
- You cannot steal another team's code in any way, shape, or form.
- You can select only ONE Competition Category to be eligible for. However, everyone is able to select the Hacker's Favorite Category in addition to the other pillars: Social Good and Entertainment.
- Gifts and competition category prizes will not be shipped. The prizes will be available for pick-up during WIC's GBM times (2:00-3:00 PM every Monday in EN2 103 or 3:30pm-4:30pm every Thursday in VEC 115) or another requested time on campus.
- Hackers are responsible for their own equipment, devices, and any other materials needed to compete in the hackathon during the event.

- Any violation of the rules will be immediate disqualification
